SIELE
Prepare with OISE Segovia for the official electronic exam for the accreditation of Spanish language skills.
OISE is a collaborating and examining centre for SIELE certificates, recognised by the Cervantes Institute, the National Autonomous University of Mexico, the University of Salamanca and the University of Buenos Aires, and valid for 5 years.
SIELE is a service of evaluation and certification of the degree of command of Spanish by electronic means for students and professionals. OISE Segovia helps you prepare for the SIELE Global exam which comprises the four SIELE tests: Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension, Written Expression and Interaction and Oral Expression and Interaction.
In this course students will work on all the skills, so that they can choose to take the SIELE Global or the different skills tests separately. In the classes they will learn how to use all the tools of the platform, the structure, the contents and the instructions of the four tests. At the end of the course, students will be able to use the most appropriate strategies for each of the test tasks and will have practised using real models.

What do we offer?
OISE offers the possibility to prepare and take, from its centre in Segovia and online, the reading and listening comprehension tests and the oral and written expression and interaction tests, in a fast and agile way, in which tasks from A1 to C1 are integrated.
Different exam modalities are available to meet the different needs of users and institutions or companies.
Who is it aimed at?
The exam can be taken by young people and adults who need a certificate or report of knowledge of Spanish, expressed on a scale of 1,000 points with equivalence to CEFR levels.
What does it consist of?
OISE offers the possibility to prepare and take, from its centre in Segovia and online, the reading and listening comprehension tests and the oral and written expression and interaction tests, in a fast and agile way, in which tasks from A1 to C1 are integrated.
Different exam modalities are available to meet the different needs of users and institutions or companies.
The teachers will guide the students during their preparation and will try to optimise their results, through a methodology that guarantees the necessary strategies to understand how the tasks of the different tests work.
Interactive activities and mock exams will be carried out to familiarise students with how the exam works.
Results are received within a maximum of three weeks.
Subjects
The aim of these courses is to prepare students to pass the SIELE Global exam, working on strategies to successfully pass each part of the tests.
Reading comprehension
Facilitate comprehension skills in written texts.
Listening comprehension
Developing strategies for receiving information from one or more speakers and grasping the essence of what is being said, getting specific information and achieving detailed understanding, grasping implications, etc.
Written expression and interaction
Students are helped to acquire the necessary resources to write in Spanish correctly and coherently.
Special emphasis is placed on structure and writing techniques (use of connectors, grammar, etc.).
Likewise, the critical capacity to express an opinion, formulate hypotheses and support a position on a specific topic is strengthened.
Oral expression and interaction
To provide different resources to respond to the different tests and options for simulated situations in both the personal and public spheres.

Classes
The course consists of 30 hours of classes per week, 6 hours per day, in Quatorial mode, with a maximum of 4 students per class. Includes teaching materials and individual attention.
Accommodation
OISE Segovia includes in the price of the course accommodation from Sunday to Saturday, in a host family with full board.

Cultural activities
All our courses include different visits or cultural activities during the week after classes, such as a guided tour of the city with a tasting of typical local products or a visit to the Cathedral and the Alcazar of Segovia.
