Our OISE Segovia team

Our staff is composed of native teachers with extensive experience in teaching Spanish as a foreign language, each committed to the success and personal growth of our students. In addition, we have an administrative team that ensures that every aspect of your stay is comfortable and enriching.

Raquel Lucía

OISE Spain Manager holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid. Her career as director of OISE Segovia began in 2017 and since then she has been in charge of organising courses for OISE students, young people and adults, both general Spanish and specialised Spanish courses. She is also in charge of marketing, sales and management of the company in Spain.

Mar Mediero

ACADEMIC CO-ORDINATOR and TEACHER

OISE Academic Coordinator holds a degree in Hispanic Philology from the Complutense University of Madrid . She has extensive experience as a Spanish teacher with students of different levels and nationalities and regularly participates in teacher training events, conferences and workshops. She currently works as an associate professor of Spanish language at the University of Valladolid and is the academic coordinator of OISE Segovia. Her methodology is based on teamwork and permanent communication to establish clear guidelines, curricular changes and decision making to ensure appropriate learning tools for educational quality.

Alejandro López

TEACHER

OISE teacher, Alejandro, has a degree in English Philology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He works as a freelance language teacher for children and adults in different schools, institutes and universities. Since 2002 he has been working as a Spanish teacher at OISE Segovia.

Delphine Fayaud

Teacher

Graduated in English philology (with Spanish as a second language), specialising in translation, in 1993 at the Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris. She worked as a French assistant in Wymondham (England) and then trained to become a language teacher at UEA, Norwich.  At the end of 1999, he moved to Spain, where he has been teaching French and English in private academies to date, with a short break of 5 years working in the corporate export sector, and now collaborating with OISE from 2021 teaching French-Spanish translation.

Isabel de Pablos

TEACHER

She holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting, specialising in Legal and Economic Translation, in English and German. She has developed her professional career in the field of education in various European countries, mainly teaching Spanish as a foreign language and German. Since 2025, she has also been an accredited examiner for the A1-A2 and B1-B2 exams by the Cervantes Institute.

 

Sandra Gago

MONITOR AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

With a professional career that offers a multidisciplinary profile, Sandra has more than 8 years of experience at OISE, providing support to host families, running cooking and flower arranging workshops, and is also responsible for school maintenance. Her work is characterised by her attention to detail and her excellent rapport with students, families and staff.

Heni Gutiérrez

MONITOR OF ACTIVITIES

Teacher specialising in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE). Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies. Her professional career reflects a keen interest in languages and cultures, teaching Spanish in various multicultural contexts, including International Protection programmes, which has enabled her to develop an inclusive methodology tailored to the needs of students from different backgrounds. Certified DELE examiner for all levels at the Instituto Cervantes.

Cristina González

Communications Manager

Graduate in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid. She is currently in charge of OISE’s communication management in Spain, taking care of the administration of the website, the company’s different social networks and the development and definition of OISE’s communication strategies in Spain.
