Spanish language courses
The Spanish courses at OISE Segovia start on Mondays and finish on Fridays. The course can start at any time of the year and for the time required by the student, with a minimum of one week.
These programmes are designed for younger students. We have programmes throughout the year and a specific summer programme for teenagers from 13 to 17 years old, where they will learn Spanish while enjoying the culture of Spain and Segovia.
The importance of the Spanish language in the world is indisputable, it is the second most spoken language in the world and it is increasingly present in the world of commerce and the Internet. Aware that more and more adults need to learn or improve their Spanish for their professional career, OISE Segovia offers different Spanish programmes for professionals in different areas such as business, health or tourism.
The DELE diploma is an official qualification certifying the degree of competence and command of the Spanish language, awarded by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. This diploma is internationally recognised by Universities and other institutions. OISE Segovia offers preparation courses for these exams.
SIELE certifies the degree of competence in the Spanish language through four tests: Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension, Written Expression and Interaction and Oral Expression and Interaction. This diploma certifies the degree of proficiency of Spanish through electronic media, and is endorsed by the Instituto Cervantes and several Universities in Spain and South America. OISE Segovia offers preparation courses for these exams.
OISE Segovia offers preparation courses for the Madrid Chamber of Commerce exams, which certify the level of Spanish for specific purposes, both academic and professional. The exams are aimed at both foreigners who wish to certify their level of Spanish for specific purposes and Spanish speakers who wish to obtain a certificate for academic, professional or employment purposes in the areas of business, tourism or health.
Prepare for the Pruebas de Competencias Específicas (PCE) with OISE Segovia and gain access to the Spanish University of your choice. The PCE or Pruebas de Competencias Específicas, are the exams organised by the UNED for foreign students to gain access to Spanish universities. These tests are an important requirement in the admission process to higher education in Spain.
Within the French education system, the study of foreign languages, and Spanish in particular, is of great importance. In the field of higher education there are the grandes écoles, an institution dedicated to the training of elites in the fields of administration, business, finance and commerce.
The teaching of different foreign languages is very important. OISE Segovia specialises in Spanish courses for the entrance exams to these institutions.
Course structure
All our courses have a fixed structure in terms of number of students and hours:
Octorial Course
This course has a standard duration of 30 hours per week and a maximum of 8 students per class.
Quatorial Course
This course has a standard duration of 30 hours per week and a maximum of 4 students per class.
Tutorial Course
This is an individual course with a number of hours selected by the student between 10 and 30 hours per week.
Online Course
As these are personalised courses, students can choose the time and hours that best suit their circumstances.
